Spring Convocation 2025
Spring Convocation 2025 will be held in the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium (11455 87 Avenue, Edmonton, AB). The ceremony for Augustana Faculty will be held on Augustana campus at the Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre. The ceremonies will be held June 5, 9-13 and June 16-19, 2025. Guest tickets for Spring Convocation
Week of ceremony
If there are any tickets still available the week of your ceremony, you may request them online or at the Box Office at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium beginning on June 9 for ceremonies that occur in the first week (June 9-13) and on June 16 for ceremonies that occur in the second week (June 16-19) . No passcode will be required.. Any remaining tickets areavailable to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis if there are tickets available.
Tips for accessing guest tickets
- Clear your browsing history/cache on your device before logging into Bear Tracks.
- Make sure your device is running the latest version of its operating system.
- Download the Ticketmaster app to ensure easy access to your tickets.
- Set up a Ticketmaster account, if you don’t already have one.
- Enter your email address carefully to get your tickets in your account.
- Make sure you select the correct ceremony date and time.
- When asked for a passcode to unlock the tickets, enter your 7-digit U of A student ID number.
- Select the number of tickets you require in the ticket quantity dropdown box (1, 2, or 3 tickets).
- Choose the specific seats you want by clicking the blue dots on the seat map; on a mobile device, select Switch to Map to use the seat map to select your seats.
- Select your seats carefully! All tickets are assigned to specific seats. Check the row and seat numbers on the tickets you select before checking out to confirm that these are the seats you want. Tickets cannot be exchanged or swapped for different seats after you have checked out.
Accessibility
Accessible seating in the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is indicated on the Ticketmaster seat map with a wheelchair symbol. If you have a guest that requires accessible seating (wheelchair, limited mobility, etc.), you can select up to two seats that are indicated on the seat map with a wheelchair symbol. You will be able to select your third guest ticket (if required) from a row nearby. Accessible seating in the first balcony can be accessed by elevator.
If you require accessible seating for yourself (wheelchair, limited mobility, etc.) please contact convocation@ualberta.ca before May 23, 2025 to discuss arrangements.

Location + Parking
Plan for extra time to get to Convocation. There are construction projects on campus that may affect access to parking and campus will be busy with many other students and their families heading to Convocation.
Parking is available in the Jubilee Carpark located adjacent to the Jubilee Auditorium. Surface parking is available on the south side. A parking fee will be charged during the ceremony. See Parking Lot locations for parking rates and more parking options.

March Convocation 2026
March Convocation 2026 will be held in the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium (11455 87 Avenue, Edmonton, AB), on March 17 and 18, 2026. Faculty assignments will be set later this summer.
